The three bodies are now carrying out location investigation, then estimate investment value and construction's structure. As expected, the construction will be commenced in summer of 2013.

Mr John Nielsen – Ambassador of Denmark to Vietnam commented that the construction of the active house would help raise awareness of the use of energy-optimized solutions in buildings, and promote transformation to low-carbon society.

The energy-optimized building will be built with well-insulated materials, minimizing the demand for energy. It is also a healthy and comfortable house with good indoor air quality, thanks to intelligent design to enhance the natural light and air.
