The international accreditation body, JAS-ANZ has officially approved and permitted Vietnam Certification Center (QUACERT) to deploy international accredited certification programs for organizations and enterprises in Lao People’s Democratic Republic.
Scope of certification for organizations and enterprises in Laos comprises all certification programs that QUACERT implements for organizations and enterprises in Vietnam, including quality management system ISO 9001, environmental management system ISO 14000, food safety management system ISO 22000, products certification, Global G.A.P, etc.
The expansion of certification scope for organizations and enterprises Laos is the evidence for the development in certification capacity and prestige of QUACERT in Viet Nam as well as in the world. Through this expansion, QUACERT also affirms its positive contributions to development of conformity auditing activity in ASEAN region. Accordingly, organizations and enterprises in Laos now have chance to approach international conformity assessment programs, create favorable conditions for commercialization.
